1. Service Description
LokTV Premium Membership is available to users who have completed the subscription process and comply with this Agreement, providing access to enhanced services throughout their membership period.
- All specific membership privileges are outlined on the "Premium Center" page. Any terminology differences do not affect the actual benefits delivered.
- Guest users may subscribe to premium services, but their access is limited to guest mode features and cannot be linked to a permanent account.
2. Service Changes
LokTV reserves the right to modify membership benefits, service features, or pricing in compliance with legal requirements, regulatory updates, or operational needs. Changes will be announced through platform notifications or other suitable channels, with efforts to minimize impact on existing member privileges.
3. Subscription Requirements and Eligibility
- You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. LokTV disclaims liability for losses due to information breaches or inadequate credential protection.
- Gifting, transferring, renting, or obtaining premium memberships through unauthorized means is strictly forbidden.
4. Billing Terms and Cancellation
- Pricing: Subscription costs may vary by geographic region and device platform, as shown on the payment screen. Using VPN services to access different regional pricing is prohibited.
- Auto-Renewal: By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize LokTV to charge your account for the next billing period 24 hours before expiration. Cancellation requires manual action, and some fees may be non-refundable.
- Refunds: Premium services are digital products; fees are typically non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of service failure by LokTV.
5. Acceptable Use
- Membership benefits are for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, sharing, reverse engineering, or other violations are strictly prohibited.
- Video streaming quality may vary depending on device specifications, network connectivity, or geographic restrictions.
6. External Service Integration
When using third-party services, you must comply with their terms and conditions. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the third-party provider, although LokTV may provide reasonable assistance when suitable.
7. Agreement Changes and Termination
- LokTV may update this Agreement, with continued service use after changes indicating acceptance.
- Violations may lead to service termination without refund. LokTV is not responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
