Please carefully review this Premium Subscription Auto-Renewal Agreement (the "Agreement") before activating or using the premium services and in-app purchase features within the LokTV application. Your subscription confirmation or use of these services constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Premium Service Features
The LokTV application provides comprehensive premium subscription services, including but not limited to:
- Ultra High-Definition (UHD) Content Access: Enjoy superior viewing quality with exclusive early access to new releases.
- Uninterrupted Streaming: Experience seamless content consumption without advertisements.
- Premium Member Benefits: Access exclusive features and content available only to premium subscribers, with regular feature updates.
Premium memberships are available in monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans, with automatic renewal as the default configuration.
Automatic Renewal Mechanism
When you enable auto-renewal, your linked payment method through the Apple App Store will be automatically charged within 24 hours prior to your current subscription expiration. This renewal cycle continues until you cancel. Each renewal maintains the same subscription duration as your original selection (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
Cancelling Auto-Renewal
You can disable auto-renewal anytime through the "Subscriptions" section in your Apple App Store account settings. After cancellation, your premium benefits remain active until your current billing period ends, with no future charges. To avoid the next billing cycle, ensure cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
In-App Purchase System
Our app offers in-app purchases for accessing premium content and features, which activate immediately upon purchase completion. Please understand that these digital purchases are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for real currency; they are valid exclusively within the LokTV application ecosystem.
Pricing Information
Premium service and in-app purchase pricing is clearly displayed within the Apple App Store and our application interface. We reserve the right to modify pricing, with advance notification through the app and implementation at the start of the next billing cycle. If you disagree with pricing changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
Refund Policy
All premium subscriptions and digital purchases are considered digital goods with immediate activation upon purchase. For billing issues, duplicate charges, or technical problems, please contact us within 48 hours at Krina_.shah@icloud.com. We are committed to prompt investigation and resolution of valid concerns.
Account Security
We prioritize protecting your information with the highest standards. However, we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from account breaches, device loss, or unauthorized third-party access. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and implement necessary security measures.
